◄What makes American Made Cutlery products so special?

All products are 100% American made. Always have been; always will be.

Knives are crafted with surgical-quality T420 high-carbon stainless steel and hand sharpened for a razor-sharp edge. All straight-edge (non-serrated) knives can be easily re-sharpened when needed, to achieve a like-new blade again and again.

Utensils are made with quality 300 series high-nickel stainless steel so they’re durable enough to last through a lifetime of uses. Non-scratch utensils are dishwasher safe and heat resistant to 400°.

All products can be used by either right- or left-handed users equally well.

Everything is guaranteed for life from defects in material or workmanship. Our craftsmanship is topnotch, meaning customers will probably never need this guarantee, but if they do, we’ll be here for them to honor our promise.

◄Handle Options and Product Care

American Made Cutlery offers handle options on all knives and utensils (excluding Serverspoon and non-scratch utensils).

Silver. Our silver permanently cast solid brushed aluminum handles with a satin finish are the “originals” and are still our most-loved handles.

Black. Our black handles are made from stainless steel resin and were introduced to offer another handle option to our customers. This handle is also more dishwasher-tolerant.

Anthem Wave. The Anthem Wave series is a collection of highly popular knives with larger ergonomic handles. These handles are easy to clean and look great too, but the benefits go far beyond that. Designed to accommodate the very different ways a cook holds and uses a knife, Anthem Wave will be a great fit for you and your kitchen. We use the same outstanding blades on our Anthem Wave knives that are on all American Made Cutlery knives.

The best way to care for ALL fine cutlery is to hand wash and then dry immediately. Hand washing eliminates the harsh environment created by a dishwasher’s high temperatures and abrasive detergents, prevents microscopic dings on the blades’ cutting edge, and helps protect your knives from corrosion, ultimately extending the life of their finish. Caring for your knives properly assures they’ll remain sharp and in great condition for a lifetime of use.
