DESCRIPTION

The Serrated Slicer has a wide, sharp, double-sided edge designed to handle tough foods. Its large perfect teeth easily bite through the tough outer skin of citrus, and thanks to its 7ʺ length, the blade will take on a large head of cabbage or a holiday ham without skipping a beat. This is an ambitious knife that will not disappoint!

RECOMMENDED USES

You won’t find a more ideal knife for cutting heads of lettuce for salads, nor does anything cut through the tough outer skin of cantaloupe or a honeydew melon better. Slicing meat is a breeze with this slicing knife too, making it the ultimate tool for your kitchen.

To assure our customers get the best knives available, all our blades are crafted from surgical-quality, T420 high-carbon stainless steel for a lifetime of durability then hollow ground for incredible sharpness.

PRODUCT WARRANTY The Lifetime Guarantee

Ready to Last a Lifetime

  • We recommend hand washing all fine cutlery. Hand washing prevents microscopic dings on a knife blade’s cutting edge, eliminates the harsh environment created by a dishwasher’s high temperatures and abrasive detergents that will negatively affect its handle, and ultimately extends the life of the knife.

While our black handle knives and utensils are more dishwasher tolerant than the silver handles, hand washing is still recommended.

It boils down to this: When knives last a lifetime like American Made Cutlery knives do, you want them to remain in tip-top condition so you can enjoy them for a lifetime.

  • Since 1948, American Made Cutlery has been crafting knives that stand the test of time. The hand-sharpened, razor-sharp edge of the surgical-quality, T420 high-carbon stainless steel blade ensures that durability reaches our customers...for a lifetime of use.

Every one of our products is handcrafted in the heart of the USA, with materials only from America. Our strong heritage and Midwest values assure dependability you can believe in and sharp good looks you’ll be proud to have in your home.

    Outstanding knives. Exceptional value.

FAQs

Why American Made Cutlery?

Useful products. Kitchen knives and utensils are used day after day, week after week. Imagine how many times your customer’s logo will be seen through the years.

Superior Value. American Made Cutlery beats the best retail brands at a lower cost. Consider the repeated exposure a permanent logo will receive when added to favorite cutlery pieces.

Appreciative Recipients. The high-quality materials and craftsmanship of American Made Cutlery shows the recipient they are valued. And that creates goodwill.

Quick Turn-Around Times. American Made Cutlery can imprint your knives in 15 working days. (Production time begins with receipt of order and is subject to credit and proof approval.) Need a rush order? No problem. We can arrange that, usually with no additional charges.

What makes American Made Cutlery products so special?

All products are 100% American made. Always have been; always will be.

Knives are crafted with surgical-quality T420 high-carbon stainless steel and hand sharpened for a razor-sharp edge. All straight-edge (non-serrated) knives can be easily re-sharpened when needed, to achieve a like-new blade again and again.

Utensils are made with quality 300 series high-nickel stainless steel so they’re durable enough to last through a lifetime of uses. Non-scratch utensils are dishwasher safe and heat resistant to 400°.

All products can be used by either right- or left-handed users equally well.

Everything is guaranteed for life from defects in material or workmanship. Our craftsmanship is topnotch, meaning customers will probably never need this guarantee, but if they do, we’ll be here for them to honor our promise.

Our products last, and families often pass them from generation to generation. The low price you’ll pay for that kind of quality and brand exposure is remarkable!

Handle Options and Product Care

American Made Cutlery offers handle options on all knives and utensils (excluding Serverspoon and non-scratch utensils).

Silver. Our silver permanently cast solid brushed aluminum handles with a satin finish are the “originals” and are still our most-loved handles.

Black. Our black handles are made from stainless steel resin and were introduced to offer another handle option to our customers. This handle is also more dishwasher-tolerant.

Anthem Wave. The Anthem Wave series is a collection of highly popular knives with larger ergonomic handles. These handles are easy to clean and look great too, but the benefits go far beyond that. Designed to accommodate the very different ways a cook holds and uses a knife, Anthem Wave will be a great fit for you and your kitchen. We use the same outstanding blades on our Anthem Wave knives that are on all American Made Cutlery knives.

The best way to care for ALL fine cutlery is to hand wash and then dry immediately. Hand washing eliminates the harsh environment created by a dishwasher’s high temperatures and abrasive detergents, prevents microscopic dings on the blades’ cutting edge, and helps protect your knives from corrosion, ultimately extending the life of their finish. Caring for your knives properly assures they’ll remain sharp and in great condition for a lifetime of use.

American Made Cutlery’s non-scratch utensils are dishwasher safe and heat resistant.
